Senior Strategic Analytics Associate - Battery Storage

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that streamline workflows and enable visibility into the organization's data assets and finances.
• Drive efforts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by working with internal teams to align on data management and quality control best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual reporting efforts, and enhance operational efficiency using modern data tools and AI-driven solutions.

This role supports the development of large-scale energy storage projects that enable high penetration of renewable energy generation, helping transform North American electric grids into cleaner and more versatile critical infrastructure to decarbonize power markets.

• Minimum BA/BS in economics, finance, data science, business, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role.
• Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
