Senior Software Engineer

• Work across back-end (Python/Django), front-end (React/TypeScript/CSS), and data layer (PostgreSQL) to develop and maintain the climate tech intelligence platform
• Deliver hands-on, production-grade software solutions in a scale-up environment, including tactical implementations when needed
• Ensure thorough automated testing with appropriate E2E and unit tests for every PR
• Contribute to developing innovative tools and AI-enabled solutions that empower clients in the climate tech space

This role accelerates the deployment of climate tech solutions by building data, analytics, and research tools that help investors, corporates, and governments confidently build and finance the new climate economy.

• 8+ years experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent with deep expertise in Python development
• Proven history developing and maintaining production-grade software
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant field
• Interest in working for a fast-moving startup with a small, international team
• Preferred: Experience with Django, AWS, React, dbt, Agile frameworks, data at scale, GitHub Actions, and understanding of climate tech sectors
