Mission

What you will drive

The Senior Software Engineer, Ride-Hailing Product will:

  • Develop a Ride-hailing Product leveraging Nuro's autonomous vehicle technology
  • Integrate partner APIs to process ride requests and manage real-time vehicle and trip statuses
  • Build delivery services that manage planning, matching, and execution of rides and deliveries
  • Create web/mobile applications for drivers and develop foundational APIs for seamless product experiences

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science with 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Go programming language
  • Technical excellence with ability to drive technical standards and best practices
  • Product development expertise with end-to-end experience from requirements to launch
  • Cloud platform proficiency with GCP, CloudSQL, BigQuery, or Redis
  • Engineering leadership experience with ability to set technical vision and mentor junior engineers
