Senior Software Engineer

• Design, develop and implement end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack of technologies, integrating browser-based applications with existing services
• Work closely with customers and co-workers globally to understand business requirements and implement new solutions
• Build, develop, mentor and coach team of developers technically, owning the quality of code, UT coverage and technical documentation
• Advocate for FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance and Supportability) and ensure quality of deliverables

This role contributes to developing next-generation applications like the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) that enable scientists, engineers, and technicians to document research, experiments, and procedures performed in Eurofins' international network of laboratories, supporting pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies worldwide.

• 9 to 13 years of experience in software engineering with deep expertise in designing and working with n-tier architectures
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies including .NET, .NET Core (5/6/7), C#, Asp.net Core, Asp/Net MVC, WebAPI, Angular 7 or above
• Strong object-oriented design skills with ability to apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
• Experience with Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Event-Driven architectures, Domain Driven Architecture, Microservices, and AGILE/SCRUM methodology
