Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Crusoe, you'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure. While some of your day may involve reviewing alerts or customer-reported issues, most of your time will be spent on impactful project work with our software engineering team.

You'll work on projects such as:

• Commissioning new data centers
• Automating and qualifying hardware platforms
• Benchmarking components and full systems
• Stepping in on escalations, solving everything from kernel bugs to customer configuration issues

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of professional SRE experience
• 3+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and current systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 8+ years relevant work experience
• Solid understanding of infrastructure design, including operational trade-offs of hardware, operating systems and networks
• Experience writing high quality code with at least one programming language (Python, Go, or similar)
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments, server or network hardware, TCP/IP and network programming
• Experience with information security best practices
• Excellent communication skills
