Mission

What you will drive

  • Own individual sales pipeline and dedicated committed contract revenue, ensuring prospective clients spending over $50k per year are moved toward closing efficiently to meet quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Negotiate contracts with an emphasis on growing annual recurring revenue, manage existing client relationships, and facilitate product presentations for prospective clients
  • Conduct targeted outreach and prospect research to identify high-impact nonprofit partners and drive adoption of texting and calling solutions across the nonprofit sector
  • Monitor sales communications, respond to client inquiries, draft contracts, and maintain accurate sales data in Hubspot to ensure team understanding of client status

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years experience in positioning and selling large, complex solutions into the nonprofit sector, with experience in both acquiring new business and cultivating existing relationships
  • Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievement within a solutions software vendor, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience building multi-level, consultative relationships including with C-level executives, and knowledge of solution-selling or consultative selling methodologies
  • Experience selling into development offices is a plus, along with ability to navigate complex sales and understand customer industry trends
