What you will drive

  • Deliver sales results against growth revenue targets through leadership and management of a team of Account Executives and/or Solution Sales Executives
  • Perform strategic leadership by directing sellers to identify and execute on winning opportunities, ensure proper follow-up, and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Develop personalized coach plans, provide regular coaching sessions, and mentor team members to foster a growth mindset
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance using data, and adjust sales strategies to align with company goals

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales
  • 3+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in software or technology organizations
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Understanding of SaaS business model and proven track record of exceeding sales quota targets
