Mission
What you will drive
- Deliver sales results against growth revenue targets through leadership and management of a team of Account Executives and/or Solution Sales Executives
- Perform strategic leadership by directing sellers to identify and execute on winning opportunities, ensure proper follow-up, and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Develop personalized coach plans, provide regular coaching sessions, and mentor team members to foster a growth mindset
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance using data, and adjust sales strategies to align with company goals

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales
- 3+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in software or technology organizations
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Understanding of SaaS business model and proven track record of exceeding sales quota targets
