Senior Proposals Writer

• Hone strategic thinking skills by coordinating with Via's Partnerships, Expansion, and Finance teams to develop strategies for winning high-stakes, competitive procurements.
• Absorb complex product specifications and distill into clear, easily-digestible prose.
• Generate compelling original content by ascertaining potential partners' needs and deploying familiarity with Via's technology, operational capabilities, transit norms, and industry innovations.
• Lead competitive procurements from beginning to end through evaluation, creation of exceptional proposal content, review, and submission.

This role creates positive change by improving worldwide access to mobility through thoughtful proposals that help forge new partnerships with public transit providers, transforming transportation systems to provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education.

• Meticulous and strategic with attention to detail and big-picture coherence.

• Academic high-achiever in humanities, social sciences, or related field requiring long-form writing (undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred).

Salary Range: $85,000-$160,000. All final pay rates determined by candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data alignment. Generous and comprehensive benefits package including free medical plans and 401K matching.
