Senior Project Manager

• Lead complex project management projects and initiatives, conducting advanced analyses of project performance and in-depth risk assessments
• Develop strategies to improve project outcomes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Mentor and train junior staff, providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts

This role contributes to solving the world's most critical water challenges through innovative technology solutions that transform water usage, conservation, and re-use, impacting public utilities, industrial sectors, residential areas, and commercial buildings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field with at least 4 years of experience or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with strong project management skills
