What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight and Leadership: Provides overarching leadership and strategic direction for multiple projects across any region(s), assuming responsibility for successful completion from Notice to Proceed to Commercial Operation Date and Portfolio Operations hand-off.
  • Advanced Contractual Management: Spearheads negotiations and final recommendations regarding contracts, playing a critical role in recommendations and management of construction activities, consultants, and vendors.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Oversees preservation and optimization of the IRR from NTP budget approval through handoff to Portfolio Operations, responsible for overall EPC budget from NTP to Final Completion.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Directly oversees internal resources for task management, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to other Project Managers, fostering professional development and growth within the team.

Required skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant solar or energy storage project management experience (Solar PV, Energy Storage, or Electrical sectors).
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, tailored for higher-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced ability to drive project teams and entities to success, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Expert in complex problem-solving abilities, including navigating challenging project scenarios and leading innovative solutions.
