SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – EXECUTIVE PROJECTS

• Portfolio management including ongoing evaluation of projects with focus on strategy and impact
• Project opportunity identification and creation by engaging with ED's network and internal departments
• Internal projects collaboration and support across operations and programs departments
• Project management including coordination of resources, timeline/budget adherence, and stakeholder relationships

This role supports Black frontline climate justice leadership by ensuring projects advance Black Liberation, Gender Justice, and Just Transition, transforming society from extractivism to a regenerative, cooperative economy.

• Able to connect vision to strategy to action with strong research and implementation skills
• Strong inclination toward independent troubleshooting and collaborative relationship management
• Excellent administrative, communication, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Passion for advocating for progressive policies and eliminating racial/ethnic disparities

Position requires 40-hour work week with 90-day performance review. Includes travel for meetings and 2-6 staff retreats annually, plus quarterly engagement with TCLP community.

The Chisholm Legacy Project connects Black frontline climate justice communities with resources to advance systems change centered in equity and justice, supporting leaders in transforming society through regenerative, cooperative systems.
