Core responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of large and complex projects, ensuring compliance with policies, contracts, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Oversee project planning, monitoring, control, and closure, including financial targets and schedule commitments.
- Manage project risks, opportunities, and stakeholder relations, acting as the key contact for customers and escalation point.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution practices and support team development through mentoring and coaching.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum ten years of experience managing Turnkey EPC Electrification/Generation projects, including HVDC, Interconnection substation, Renewable energy (Solar, Wind), and Battery storage systems.
- Proven ability to develop business, establish client relationships, and lead proposal efforts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
