Senior Project Manager (Anlagenbau) / Leitender Projektingenieur

• Process engineering planning and concept development for industrial plants
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects to ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality
• Perform overall quality control of work related to assigned projects (budget, schedule, plans, contractors/project members performance) and report regularly on project status
• Manage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers, and interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements

This role helps build a sustainable circular economy by overseeing factory projects that upcycle low-value organic waste into high-value insect ingredients for animal feed, addressing the protein gap across industries while saving the planet.

• Completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar areas
• Solid experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and teams with advanced project management and supervision skills
• Fluent level of English and German language skills is mandatory
