Mission
What you will drive
- Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations, including diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of issues
- Implement key rollouts of D365 CRM SaaS applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Customer Voice modules) in partnership with Business Analysts and Project Managers
- Handle user access management and data management requests, including importation, updates, and migration
- Contribute to knowledge base development and provide training to Super Users on application usage

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams across geographies
- Microsoft Certifications on D365 Sales and/or Customer Service preferred
- Experience with ITIL framework and basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, IIS troubleshooting, and Microsoft suite applications
