Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including diagnosis, investigation, resolution, and coordination with business and IT teams.
  • Implement key rollouts of D365 CRM SaaS applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Voice modules) in partnership with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Deployment Coordinators.
  • Handle user access management and data management requests, such as importation, updates, and migrations.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for frequently asked questions and repetitive service requests, and provide training to Super Users on demand.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in application support or a related IT domain, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Sales and Customer Service modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Microsoft Certifications on D365 Sales and/or Customer Service, and experience in the ITIL framework for day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams spread across geographies, and basic knowledge of Cloud concepts (preferably Microsoft Azure), IIS troubleshooting, and Microsoft suite applications like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
