Senior Product Manager

• Partner with the SVP of Product to define product vision, success metrics, and multi-quarter roadmaps, translating organizational strategy, user insights, and labor market data into clear product priorities.
• Conduct or synthesize user research with job seekers, advisors, and workforce partners, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into user journeys, requirements, and UX improvements.
• Serve as day-to-day product owner for the offshore engineering team, managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA, and release processes while ensuring technical approaches align with long-term product goals.
• Work with marketing, analytics, and partnerships teams to prepare for product launches, monitor adoption and performance, and communicate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, workforce, education, or consumer-facing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product development with engineering teams (offshore experience a plus).
• Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive iteration.
• Experience working with AI-powered products, LLMs, or recommendation systems (strongly preferred).

Target salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience, geography, and internal equity.
