Mission
What you will drive
- Build and maintain product roadmaps that balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic objectives
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on systemic issues, developing comprehensive solutions that address underlying problems
- Own end-to-end product delivery for factory systems, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch optimization
- Drive engineering execution velocity by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing solutions that accelerate development cycles

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in technical environments
- Proven track record of driving engineering execution in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Experience managing products with multiple technical dependencies and cross-system integrations
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with shifting requirements and evolving priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis on complex technical issues
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and align diverse teams without direct authority
- Track record of taking full ownership of outcomes and driving projects to successful completion

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $133,800 - $203,000 per year.
