Senior Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead product management activities across multiple parallel product streams to transform the company's order management, invoicing system, document processing, customer experience, and service management platform
• Serve as management focal point for strategic initiatives, driving alignment and collaboration across business, operations, IT teams, and strategic partners
• Own successful delivery of the program across various phases, ensuring product vision realization, business objective achievement, and stakeholder communication
• Lead a team of Product Managers, providing guidance to execute product roadmap while prioritizing features, mitigating risks, and driving innovation

Required qualifications:

• Experience leading multiple product streams and managing product roadmaps with both short-term deliverables and long-term goals
• Proven ability to define strategic direction, product vision, goals, and strategy across multiple product lines
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship skills with ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Expertise in MVP definition, roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional team management
