Senior Product Designer (m/f/x)

• Own and deliver product design projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, align on goals, and drive delivery.
• Conduct usability testing and apply research insights to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system by creating and maintaining components, standards, and documentation.

This role helps organizations across industries find solutions to complex problems through Earth observation, including vegetation management, infrastructure monitoring, and disaster response, by shaping intuitive, high-quality user experiences for a geospatial technology platform.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end product design projects, from discovery to delivery, within cross-functional teams.
• Strong interaction (IxD) and visual/UI design skills, with the ability to translate complex data and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong Figma skills and experience maintaining design systems that balance consistency with evolving product requirements.
• Fluent in English and based in Berlin with hybrid work capability.
