Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide consistent support to state fiscal mapping and cost modeling partners with advocacy goals, checking in on progress and needs
- Support technical partners in disseminating final fiscal mapping and cost modeling products to other state partners and integrating these tools into advocacy strategies
- Facilitate coordination of partners within child/youth policy and tax/budget/revenue ecosystems within states
- Support coalition planning and management by helping leaders navigate structure, roles, and decision-making within multi-organization advocacy coalitions

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in state advocacy and/or policy work
- Applied experience in child, youth, or family-focused policy development, education, or public finance preferred
- Experience coaching, informing, or providing technical assistance to state entities and community-based organizations
- Experience assessing advocacy readiness, developing campaign action plans, and supporting coalition coordination in state-level policy contexts
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data-related concepts to professionals
- Deep commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and belonging values
