Senior Manager, Product Management

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of software and systems supporting the Asset Operations department, with a focus on SCADA systems and related integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SCADA and cross-departmental initiative roadmaps aligned with business objectives and fleet growth.
• Prioritize features and projects based on stakeholder input, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Lead project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with requirements, while driving user acceptance testing and process improvements.

This role supports Key Capture Energy's mission to accelerate the transition to a renewable energy grid by building a strong digital foundation for operational excellence and scalable growth as an independent power producer.

Required skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) and 8+ years of experience in energy.
• Deep technical knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and the grid-scale energy storage industry.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, project execution, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and product integrations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
