Mission
What you will drive
District Success & Engagement:
- Lead district discovery for readiness and fit and serve as the main point of contact for districts engaging with Checkology through Clever, with a focus on converting districts connected on Clever to active Checkology users.
- Onboard districts in Clever and ensure smooth implementation of our tools and resources.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to district contacts, school leaders, and educators.
- Monitor district usage, identify patterns and needs, and proactively recommend solutions or interventions.
Technical Integration & LMS Support (Clever):
- Serve as an internal expert on Clever workflows, permissions, sync processes, and data health.
- Support districts in aligning their SIS, LMS, and identity systems with Checkology.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in partnership with engineering and product teams.
- Maintain clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Data & Reporting:
- Track key metrics for district health and usage; provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
- Use data to identify opportunities to increase district engagement and Checkology usage.
- Capture partner feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams on district requirements.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Support Communications and Content Design teams in developing partner-facing materials, guides, and webinars.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Passion for news literacy education, equity, accessibility and supporting educators and students.
- 5+ years of experience in EdTech, customer success or technical implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Clever, ClassLink, or other LMS/SIS integrators.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and explain basic technical issues.
- Experience working with public school districts, particularly district-level administrators or IT teams.
- Working knowledge of district requirements and ability to navigate requirements to find solutions for implementation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Comfort with data analysis, dashboards and usage reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and relationships with speed and efficiency.
