What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own the full professional services sales cycle, from prospecting business owners through closing advisory engagements related to business transitions
  • Conduct educational events targeted at business owners and advisors to generate employee ownership transition leads
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and brokers, helping demystify the employee ownership process and showcasing its potential benefits
  • Partner with peers and leadership to refine sales and consultation processes and resources

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven business services sales experience with small and lower middle market businesses
  • At least 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Demonstrable background in corporate finance or business financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related fields (MBA is a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and outreach tools
