Senior Manager, AI Initiatives

Core responsibilities:

• Lead PxD's AI portfolio from strategy to execution, ensuring evidence-driven approaches for high-impact services for smallholder farmers.
• Develop the AI strategy and roadmap across programs, including prioritization and success metrics.
• Design learning and evaluation approaches through user testing, experiments, and pragmatic alternatives.
• Lead cross-functional planning to take AI initiatives from concept to scale with strong implementation oversight.
• Engage funders and partners to shape opportunities and provide updates on progress and key risks.

This role creates positive change by developing and implementing AI initiatives that provide high-impact services to smallholder farmers, helping improve agricultural productivity and livelihoods in developing regions.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience leading AI strategy and portfolio management in development contexts.
