What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of mortgage experience
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales role (inside sales experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Must possess or obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act
  • High confidence and relationship skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities effectively
  • High level of integrity and trust; team player with selfless attitude
