Senior Loan Officer, Mortgage

Core responsibilities:

• Originate home loans through GoodLeap's in-house mortgage banking operation
• Offer a world-class experience to customers
• Meet client expectations while achieving established company sales quotas
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

This role helps homeowners access financing for sustainable home improvements like solar panels and energy-efficient systems, making these solutions more affordable and accessible while supporting the organization's nonprofit GivePower that provides life-saving water and clean electricity systems globally.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2-5 years of mortgage experience
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales role (inside sales experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Must possess or obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act
• High confidence and relationship skills
• Ability to handle competing priorities effectively
• High level of integrity and trust; team player with selfless attitude
