What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2-5 years of mortgage experience
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales role (inside sales experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Must possess or obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act
- High confidence and relationship skills
- Ability to handle competing priorities effectively
- High level of integrity and trust; team player with selfless attitude
