Senior Investment Associate

• Conduct due diligence on land acquisition opportunities and build/maintain custom pro forma underwriting models
• Organize preparation and review of quarterly financial statements, annual budgets, forecasts, and recurring investor/partner/lender reports
• Monitor cash flow, distributions, and returns of existing projects while ensuring adherence to operating budgets and agreements
• Manage critical timelines for transactions and capital raises while identifying and resolving issues that could affect closing or capital flow

This role helps create walkable, car-free communities that reduce carbon pollution, improve resident health and happiness, and foster stronger community connections through sustainable urban development.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, and financial planning
• Experience conducting due diligence on land acquisition opportunities and building/maintaining pro forma underwriting models
• Ability to evaluate financing alternatives, review legal documents, and work with counsel to negotiate key deal terms
• Familiarity with zoning and entitlement processes, and experience supporting transaction closings including title process
