What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and leave plans, serving as primary contact for employee questions
  • Support compensation management through salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and overseeing payroll inputs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Manage compliance and reporting including workers' compensation administration, worker classification processes, and adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Provide HR administration support and contribute to development of HR programs related to benefits, compensation, and compliance initiatives

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience including direct experience in employee benefits administration, compensation processes, and compliance-related activities
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience managing HRIS systems and ensuring data integrity and accurate record management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern HR tools and systems, including experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
