What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and leave plans
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle and conduct salary benchmarking to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Manage workers' compensation plan administration and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Provide responsive HR operations support and contribute to the development and rollout of HR programs related to benefits, compensation, and compliance

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with direct experience in employee benefits administration, compensation processes, and compliance-related activities
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience managing HRIS systems and ensuring data integrity and accurate record management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern HR tools and systems, including experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms

The annual salary range for this full-time remote position is $86,000-$93,000. Offers are determined based on the relevant skills and experience required for the position.
