Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead design for Amber's Product Growth stream, shaping acquisition, onboarding, and retention experiences
- Identify and design high-impact opportunities to improve user activation, engagement, and conversion
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Marketing to define hypotheses and run experiments across the funnel
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from consideration through past conversion, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities

Required skills and experience:
- Experience working in high-growth product environments, ideally within a start-up or scale-up
- Comfortable working at speed, designing within growth loops, and turning data into design opportunities
- Understanding of activation, conversion, and retention mechanics, using research and insight to remove friction
- Ability to balance rapid testing with ownership for cohesion, quality, and long-term product integrity
