Senior Fullstack Software Developer

Core responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features that are performant, reliable, and maintainable.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Tech Leads to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features from conception to production monitoring and support.
• Support and mentor intermediate and junior developers through collaboration, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

This role contributes to Novisto's purpose of advancing sustainability by empowering companies to make better decisions and disclosures through ESG data management software, helping to increase awareness and knowledge of sustainability.

Required skills and experience:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in modern web development frameworks (FastAPI or similar for backend; Angular, React or Vue.js for frontend).
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (hybrid monolith/microservice, service-oriented, or event-driven).
• Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications with familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
