Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Design and develop the energy services application and internal business tools
• Work with the team to discover how to best serve customers by building an application that excels in monitoring, optimizing, and monetizing clean energy
• Learn hands-on about clean energy and customers
• Take on open-ended tasks, propose solutions, and independently execute projects

This role facilitates the transition to renewable energy by enabling stakeholders to realize the full value of their renewable energy systems through monitoring, optimization, and monetization tools.

Required skills and experience:

• Previous experience building, deploying, and managing scalable online applications
• Strong Python knowledge and experience with Django framework
• Experience working with complex, business-critical relational databases
• Reasonable Linux and relational database admin skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Interest in energy issues and Internet of Things (IoT) concepts
• Conscientious attention to detail and strong sense of integrity and ethics
