Senior Finance Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Reviewing accrued invoices and recording payments
• Preparing and managing national and international payrolls, including taxation
• Ensuring compliance with policies and donor requirements while managing project expenses
• Managing bank payments and reconciling advances with quality review of journal entries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in accounting applications/ERP, with Microsoft Business Central preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills and effective communication abilities
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English languages
