Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Performs all duties related to the Supplier's Ledger, including processing invoices, payments, and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Prepares and monitors budgets, tracks financial progress, analyzes project expenses, and prepares revisions
  • Manages the organization of meetings, conferences, and workshops including costing, booking venues, and organizing travel
  • Provides sound finance, administrative, and logistics support for the Tirana project office

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • University degree in business, financial management or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive responsibility in supporting Accounting, Finance, Administration and Grant Management functions
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent written and oral English and Albanian
