Senior Field Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and execute on-site technical teams during global operations
• Manage the deployment, installation, calibration, operation, and disassembly of weather systems and radars
• Ensure technical readiness and uptime before, during, and after events
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during field activities

This role helps transform how the world understands and acts on weather, enabling organizations to proactively manage weather-related risks and enhance operational efficiency for a safer, more resilient future.

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working in an Enterprise SaaS, B2B, customer-facing role
• Strong experience with field systems, communications, or instrumentation deployment
• Proven leadership and coordination skills for managing small field teams
• Valid international driver's license and willingness to travel internationally 70-90% of the year
