Senior Executive Assistant

• Provide high-level strategic and administrative support to three executives (VP of Product Supply, VP of Project Management, and VP of Manufacturing)
• Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, schedule domestic and international travel, and submit expense reports
• Track key initiatives, develop workflows and system documents, and create reports and dashboards to improve organizational efficiency
• Represent executives internally and externally, build strong relationships across the organization, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality

This role enables executives to focus on strategic initiatives by handling administrative complexities, facilitating communication across teams, and improving organizational workflows, ultimately supporting Origin Materials' mission to transition the world to sustainable materials.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years as a Senior Executive Assistant or 7+ years in a relevant professional role, including 3+ years supporting multiple VPs simultaneously
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to operate autonomously
• Expert proficiency in Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Calendar, and digital collaborative platforms (Zoom, Quip, Box, NetSuite, Divvy, Perk)
• Professional demeanor for executive communication, impeccable integrity, and experience in remote work environments
