Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the acquisition of new retail and grocery partners across the UK and Ireland through a targeted, relationship-driven and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Design and execute a repeatable, scalable model for retail partnerships, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate Too Good To Go's growth in both markets.
  • Operate as a senior individual contributor, leading complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end from market mapping and prospecting to pitch, negotiation, and contract signature.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in leading retail organisations and represent Too Good To Go at key industry forums, events, and partner meetings.

This role helps reduce food waste by acquiring new retail and grocery partners for Too Good To Go's marketplace app, which connects businesses with surplus food to consumers, thereby decreasing greenhouse gas emissions from food waste and promoting sustainable consumption.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Extensive experience closing complex, high-value enterprise partnerships - ideally within SaaS, technology, or large food retail environments - with a strong track record of winning, structuring, and scaling strategic collaborations.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with persistence, resilience, and strategic focus, with demonstrated executive presence and credibility at board and C-level meetings.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, skilled in creating financial projections, business cases, and commercial proposals, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of the UK retail and grocery landscape (highly preferred), self-motivated, autonomous, passionate about sustainability and fighting food waste, and fluent in English.
