Mission
What you will drive
- Operate the virtual CompTIA Prep Academy twice a year, from working with the facilitator to logistics to program evaluation
- Support the speaker process for CITE's Annual Conference, including communicating with speakers and inputting session data
- Manage the annual recertification process for program alumni by approving hours and cultivating strong alumni relationships
- Independently oversee and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks, providing recommendations and implementing effective solutions

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of five years of specialized experience in program management, education, or related field
- Minimum of three years experience in managing project-based work
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in program administration, project management, education or related field
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft O365, Google, Asana, with preferred experience with MapleLMS, SurveyMonkey, and eShow EMS
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
