What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the national expansion of NAF's Career Academies by spearheading business development strategy and executing data-informed initiatives
- Analyze district, state, and national education data to contribute to targeted engagement strategies, growth forecasting, and risk monitoring
- Build new partnerships and strengthen existing ones to expand NAF's footprint and student reach
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, develop data-driven proposals, and oversee the full lifecycle of district partnerships

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, education partnerships, or strategic growth, ideally in educational nonprofit or ed-tech
- 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience with success managing full sales/engagement lifecycle
- Deep understanding of U.S. K-12 education system, particularly Career and Technical Education (CTE) and career academy models
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft/Google Suite tools, and data analysis techniques for education trends

Salary: $141,000. This is a remote position with travel requirements up to 50% regionally and nationally.
