What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the national expansion of NAF's Career Academies by spearheading business development strategy and executing data-informed initiatives
  • Analyze district, state, and national education data to contribute to targeted engagement strategies, growth forecasting, and risk monitoring
  • Build new partnerships and strengthen existing ones to expand NAF's footprint and student reach
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, develop data-driven proposals, and oversee the full lifecycle of district partnerships

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, education partnerships, or strategic growth, ideally in educational nonprofit or ed-tech
  • 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience with success managing full sales/engagement lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of U.S. K-12 education system, particularly Career and Technical Education (CTE) and career academy models
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft/Google Suite tools, and data analysis techniques for education trends
