What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and scale a sustainable Solution Consulting organization with high levels of team engagement across APAC
  • Shape overarching strategies and empower the team to execute sales initiatives effectively, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership
  • Enable the successful structuring and delivery of the most complex, high-value platform deals through best practices and Workiva platform expertise
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management while driving seamless collaboration with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Implementation, and Sales teams

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within technology/SaaS organizations
  • 8+ years of people management experience, including leading people managers
  • Demonstrated success scaling and developing presales teams for innovation
  • Significant experience leading pre-sales efforts for multi-solution and enterprise platform deals
  • Extensive experience managing high-performing, multi-location teams across diverse APAC markets
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
