What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and scale a sustainable Solution Consulting organization with high levels of team engagement across APAC
- Shape overarching strategies and empower the team to execute sales initiatives effectively, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership
- Enable the successful structuring and delivery of the most complex, high-value platform deals through best practices and Workiva platform expertise
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management while driving seamless collaboration with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Implementation, and Sales teams

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within technology/SaaS organizations
- 8+ years of people management experience, including leading people managers
- Demonstrated success scaling and developing presales teams for innovation
- Significant experience leading pre-sales efforts for multi-solution and enterprise platform deals
- Extensive experience managing high-performing, multi-location teams across diverse APAC markets
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
