Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field. Master’s Degree in Human Resources is a plus.
- 10+ years of related experience in Human Resources with increased responsibilities and growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in total rewards management, including compensation strategy, salary planning, and equity/stock options administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including experience working directly with agencies such as Washington State Labor & Industries on workers’ compensation matters.

The base salary for this role is between $150,000 and $180,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
