What you will drive
- Lead an in-house creative team (senior designer, copywriter and digital content creator), fostering a collaborative, innovative and high-performing environment
- Oversee the workflow of requests for the team, encouraging optimisation of processes to improve execution and meet SLAs, and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Review and direct creative work across media, in particular podcasts and video and ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Drive innovation through test and learn projects involving new AI tools, platforms and formats, establish metrics for success and share outcomes with the wider marketing team
