What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Be a trusted advisor for clients by providing pragmatic advice based on defensible data and analysis
- Manage and contribute to multiple projects including technical research and analysis, client engagement, subcontractor management, and external stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain budget forecasts and project schedules across multiple projects
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, including spreadsheets with supporting calculations, memos, reports, and presentations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and competencies include:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field(s); bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred; higher degrees such as master’s or Ph.D. can substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Comfort contributing to complex projects with a problem-solving orientation that prioritizes client needs
- Project management track record; strong organizational skills with experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams to manage timelines and deliverables
