Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Collaborate with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to define strategic business, financial, and operational requirements
• Lead functional design sessions in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and information flow
• Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement
• Plan and lead the development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications

This role helps optimize business systems and processes within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, contributing to more efficient project operations and organizational effectiveness.

• 10+ years' experience analyzing business and system requirements to design and implement enterprise business applications
• 8+ years' experience with enterprise business applications including Microsoft Finance and Operations, Power BI, SSRS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science or 10+ years equivalent IT experience
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies and Azure Dev Ops preferred
