Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop, analyze, and execute enforcement and other legal strategies to reduce pollution
  • Perform a range of litigation and legal tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, and oral advocacy
  • Work with internal and external experts to develop factual, technical, and scientific support for enforcement actions
  • Represent EIP in federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, and public meetings

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Law degree and active bar membership in good standing
  • 8+ years of legal experience, including experience in environmental law
  • Excellent analytical, research, writing, organizational, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for protecting public health and the environment and ability to work collaboratively
