Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, analyze, and execute enforcement and other legal strategies to reduce pollution
- Perform a range of litigation and legal tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, and oral advocacy
- Work with internal and external experts to develop factual, technical, and scientific support for enforcement actions
- Represent EIP in federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, and public meetings

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Law degree and active bar membership in good standing
- 8+ years of legal experience, including experience in environmental law
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, organizational, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for protecting public health and the environment and ability to work collaboratively
