Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, analyze, and execute enforcement and other legal strategies to reduce pollution.
- Perform a range of litigation and legal tasks to support litigation and other advocacy efforts, including: legal research; drafting comments, complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses; and oral advocacy.
- Work with internal and external experts to develop factual, technical, and scientific support for citizen suit enforcement actions and other advocacy efforts.
- Represent EIP and other organizations in federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, and public meetings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- A law degree and active bar membership in good standing.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including experience in environmental law.
- Strong preference for attorneys with experience enforcing violations of environmental laws.
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, organizational, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
