Senior Android Developer (Volunteer)

• Play a central role on the Android development team
• Team with designs and other developers to bring app improvements to life
• Work independently to improve the code base, with support from the team to remove roadblocks
• Improve processes and tools to increase team effectiveness
• Identify and rectify bugs and enhance application performance

This role helps address climate change by developing an app that makes it easy for people to take personalized, positive steps to care for the planet, improve lives, and build a better future.

• 3+ years of experience engineering for Android devices
• Experience with Kotlin or experience with Java and an interest to learn Kotlin
• Ability to take initiative, learn new things, and apply them
• Positive, proactive, and motivated self-starter
