Senior Analyst – Workday Integrations & Workato

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
• Design and implement workflows in Workato to automate business processes across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems
• Work closely with HRS, business stakeholders and vendors to understand integration and automation needs
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements

This role creates positive change by optimizing the Workday ecosystem to drive process automation, ensure data integrity, and deliver scalable solutions that support HR and business operations.

• 4–6+ years supporting Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services)
• 2+ years designing and managing Workato automations or similar iPaaS tools
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
