Senior Analyst

• Review transaction, investment, and property data to ensure compliance with the data model, business process flows, and system requirements.
• Perform real-time quality checks to validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems and source documents.
• Document issues in detailed logs, capturing descriptions, potential root causes, and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with global investment professionals and other teams to resolve errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.

This role contributes to creating a high-quality single source of truth for fundamental business data across Brookfield's global real estate portfolio, supporting better decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in data quality, data governance, business process, financial services, or related fields; exposure to the real estate industry is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to collective success.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams; ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
