Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as subject-matter expert for refugee resettlement
- Organize and participate in convenings alongside state refugee coordinators
- Synthesize findings from convenings
- Manage stakeholder communication and engagement with national resettlement agencies, related to national refugee focused coalitions, and other non-governmental actors
- Conduct field and desk research related to state-centered USRAP
- Represent WIN at meetings, convenings, and other public events

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the refugee resettlement ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience managing a range of refugee resettlement-focused programming
- Strong understanding of the USRAP and ability to understand how changing laws and policies impact arriving populations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: proven ability to effectively communicate complex issues in a clear manner to multiple audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills: must be able to work collaboratively, manage professional relationships, seek out diverse perspectives, provide and receive feedback constructively, be solution-oriented, and meet and communicate deadlines effectively
- Bachelor's degree required
