Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
- Perform banking reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities, and assist with new bank account setup
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain reconciliation schedules for key balance sheet accounts, and support audit preparation
- Train new employees on financial processes and take on additional tasks as needed in a multi-entity environment

Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Sage Intacct experience a plus)
- Experience in a multi-entity environment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
