Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
  • Perform banking reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities, and assist with new bank account setup
  • Prepare and post journal entries, maintain reconciliation schedules for key balance sheet accounts, and support audit preparation
  • Train new employees on financial processes and take on additional tasks as needed in a multi-entity environment

Required qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Sage Intacct experience a plus)
  • Experience in a multi-entity environment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
